Is it just me? If I blog too much, I miss my poetry. If I write poetry too much, I miss my blogging. If I blog and write my poetry, it affects my prayer life. And if it affects my prayer life, I need a little break from blogging and poetry. There! That was simple to work out! See you soon :)
You know I just combine the poetry with the blogging-best of both worlds, right? I consider it all a prayer.
ReplyDeleteYou seem to possess a strength which I do not. My personality is completely addictive. I don't know if I could ever stay away from the blogs. I'll miss you! Come back soon.
Why not blog a poem about prayer? ;)
ReplyDeleteAnne,
ReplyDeleteThe problem is I do get attached to stuff, even blogging. If I feel a lack of peace or any pressure or stress to blog, I know the Lord wants me to back off. My husband works for UPS and doesn't get home until very late at this time of year so it is hard to find time to do anything but the basics, anyway, like work, cooking, cleaning, helping with homework....you know how it is. If the blogging doesn't fill me with peace I think the Holy Spirit is probably telling me to take a few days off. I notice that when I am not feeling well I get overwhelmed easily, also. The break is actually doing me good, spiritually:)
pip,
ReplyDeleteFunny:) I might just do that;)
Colleen,
ReplyDeleteGod bless you, too! I'm sure I'll be back in a few days.
