The Our Father prayer is perfect! I love to pray it slowly, in the way that Saint Teresa of Avila suggests... letting each line sink it. Your post contains wonderful explanations of each line.
I remember first learning the prayer when I was seven and not knowing what it meant. I suppose even now we can miss certain aspects of it...but you're right...reciting the prayer with meaning and from the heart creates powerful change.
